By accepting these terms, you agree that Hudson Virtual Tours (licensor) retains full-rights to the photography and can use photography in its marketing and promotion. You also acknowledge that commercial usage of the photography and video is exclusive to the agent (licensee) who booked the shoot and is non-transferable without consent of Hudson Virtual Tours. Additional licensing can be purchased for an additional fee.
